A Great Place to Party: We host all kinds of different parties such as birthdays, corporate functions, bachelorette parties, stag parties and every other type of event! Please refer to our Private and Large Group Information Package for all the options available to customize your experience. Please feel free to contact us with specific requests – we are here to make your event a success!

Delicious Food: In addition to our regular “Pub-Style” menu, we offer a variety of great food and menu options to customize your evening. From delicious multi-course dinners, to awesome appetizer platters and buffets. We can accommodate almost any request or any budget – we aim to please!

Cool Beverages: We also offer several beverage options to suit your specific party needs. Open bar? No Problem. Want some drink tickets? We’ve got you. We will help tailor a beverage plan that works for you.

PRIVATE FUNCTION DETAILS:

  • In January – October, the Piano Show for a Private Event (3 piano players; 4 hours) costs $1200 + tax, with a minimum food spend of $25 per person + tax & 18% gratuity, for a minimum of 70 people.
  • In November – December, the Piano Show for a Private Event (3 piano players; 4 hours) costs $1500 + tax, with a minimum food spend of $32.50 per person + tax & 18% gratuity, for a
    minimum of 70 people.
  • Please inquire about venue rental without a Piano Show.
  • Aussie Rules Piano Bar is available for Private Events Sunday – Thursday. Our room holds up to 253 guests.
  • Your Private Event is completely customizable. You decide when our doors open, when food is served, and when the pianos start! While the Piano Show is 4 hours long, you can have the event for longer than that!
  • A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the Piano Show and Minimum Food Spend is required when booking to hold your event date. Final guest count and final payment are due 2 weeks (January – October) or 4 weeks (November – December) before your event date. The deposit will be applied to your final payment. If you cancel more than one month before your reservation date, the deposit will be converted to a credit (with an expiry of 6 months).
  • Payment is non-refundable. Once final payment has been collected, you have up to 48 hours before your event date to cancel up to 10% of your booking and receive a credit under your name (with an expiry of 6 months)
  • We offer a variety of food options for private events including one to four course meals, party platters, and buffets.
  • All pre-ordered food and beverages, drink tickets, and host tabs are subject to 18% gratuity and 5% GST.
